I like her. She's young, fresh, and obviously super excited to do the show (e.g. her musical performances earlier this year showed she was clearly having fun).

I think this could be good. I remember how skeptical I was when I first saw that Justin Timberlake was going to do double duty, but he's turned out to be one of the best hosts ever. Christina Aguilera wasn't too shabby either (no double duty there, though, of course). This could be good. She's more talented than Britney, and who's to say if she's a one-hit wonder yet?
Let's not be wistful for the 08/09 season which, until the last 5 episodes or so, wasn't that good. So far, this season has been decent, and the grass is always greener.
